Intellectual Assets Bootcamp

During the Bootcamp:
- Ablett & Stebbing will deliver an introduction to intellectual assets, with a particular focus on patent, trade mark and design protection
- Blackadders will look at the law of copyright and consider how specialist legal advice can assist in the protection and exploitation of intellectual assets for competitive advantage
- EQ will consider how intellectual property and goodwill are valued, together with the relevant taxation aspects
All three firms will use case studies and practical examples showing the value of intellectual assets. The event will be introduced by Mhairi Wardner of the Intellectual Assets Centre.
This free event is not to be missed for anyone with an interest in intellectual property and intellectual assets.
Registration is at 9am for a 9.30am start. The event will finish at 12.30pm, when a buffet lunch will be provided.
